Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 16 October 2026
Accepting these terms
By using officialdorothy.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site. These terms apply to visitors, people who submit an inquiry or appointment request, and clients alike — where a separate written agreement exists between you and Dorothy Bendah for coaching, a talk, training, MC services or consulting, that agreement takes priority over anything in this document that conflicts with it.
What is offered
The Site describes services provided by Dorothy Bendah under the name Official Dorothy: personality coaching, personal branding and image development, leadership coaching and mentorship, education and professional training, respiratory therapy education and consulting, speaking engagements, master of ceremonies services, and grant writing. Formats, duration, fees, dates and deliverables are arranged directly with Dorothy — nothing published on the Site is a binding offer, and availability is not guaranteed.
Not medical, therapeutic or legal advice
Articles, quotes, carousel captions, gallery items, service descriptions and messages exchanged through this Site are provided for general information and inspiration only. They are not a substitute for advice from a licensed physician, respiratory care practitioner, mental health professional, lawyer or financial adviser, and they are not intended to diagnose or treat any condition.
Using the Site or sending an inquiry does not create a clinician–patient, therapist–client, attorney–client or employment relationship. Coaching and consulting are partnerships for goal-setting and professional development; they are not therapy. You remain responsible for your own decisions and should always seek qualified professional help for health, legal or financial matters.
Using the Site
You may read, print and share the Site for your own personal or internal business use, including sharing a link with a colleague or an event organiser.
You agree not to:
- Copy, mirror, scrape or republish the Site's text, artwork, logo or images without written permission
- Use the forms to submit false, misleading, abusive, unlawful or spam content, or to submit on someone else's behalf without their knowledge
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the admin dashboard, the database, or any account on the Site
- Interfere with, overload or deliberately disrupt the Site, including by submitting forms at volume or bypassing the limits placed on them
- Remove, obscure or alter any attribution, notice or branding
Your submissions
When you send an inquiry or an appointment request you confirm the details are yours and accurate. Please give a working email address — that is how replies and confirmations are sent. Messages are limited to a short length, must contain at least a real question or description, and are rate-limited to one submission per minute per browser session to keep the inbox free of automation.
Anything you send to us is held in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Because the forms are an ordinary website channel and not a secure clinical portal, please do not include medical records, payment card numbers, passwords or other sensitive information.
We may delete, ignore or, where necessary, report submissions that are abusive, unlawful, commercial spam or obviously fraudulent.
Appointments and bookings
- Submitting the appointment form is a request, not a confirmed booking. A time is agreed only when Dorothy confirms it — the usual response target is 24 hours.
- Preferred dates must be in the future. Requests for a date that has passed are treated as general inquiries.
- Please give reasonable notice if you need to reschedule or cancel, and use the phone number or email you supplied so we can reach you.
- Confirmations, invoices, payment terms, cancellation fees and any confidentiality undertakings are agreed with you directly and in writing; they are not created by this Site.
Ownership of content
All text, layout, typography, artwork, the "Lead. Inspire. Transform." wording, the Official Dorothy name and logo, and the photographs published on the Site are the property of Dorothy Bendah or their rightful owners, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Downloads, copies and unlicensed reuse are not permitted.
If you send us photographs, testimonials or brand material for the Gallery or a case study, you grant us permission to publish and display them on the Site and on Dorothy's social channels in connection with the work. You confirm you have the right to share them and that they do not breach anyone's privacy. Ask us to take something down and we will.

Third-party links and services
The Site links to social profiles and other websites we do not control, and loads web fonts from Google. Including a link is not an endorsement, and we are not responsible for the content, accuracy or privacy practices of any third party.
Availability and disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it accurate and running, but we do not warrant that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or that the information on it is current — service descriptions, availability, dates and background detail may change without notice. If you spot something out of date, tell us and we will correct it.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dorothy Bendah, Official Dorothy and the people who maintain this Site accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site — including losses caused by reliance on website information, temporary unavailability, or the acts of third parties. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where you have a claim arising from services provided to you, our liability is limited to the amount actually paid to us for the service in question.
If you cause a claim
If you submit material to us and a third party brings a claim because of it — for example an infringement or a privacy complaint — you agree to cover the reasonable costs of defending it.
Changes, governing law and severability
We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised terms. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction over disputes — please tell us if you would rather this be another jurisdiction, and we will confirm which applies to your business.

This page explains how the Site operates. It is not legal advice, and it does not replace a written agreement with a client.
